The process is very easy when you get going. Choose any exercise that you want and then to 30 seconds of high-intensity followed by 30 seconds of low intensity. Do this four times, totaling four minutes. That is the best way to get yourself going and you should try to incorporate it into your schedule 3 times a week.
Now you need to start building up each and every week. One week two, therefore, you should be doing five minutes with five sprints, and then on week three you should be doing six minutes with six sprints. All of this may sound extremely easy to do, but it will end up being very physically demanding.
Keep building up until you reach a level that you can sustain and then stick with it. You will be guaranteed to see excellent fat loss and fitness results.
